The Five Tibetans, also known as the Five Rites of Rejuvenation, are a series of exercises said to have been discovered by a retired British army colonel in the 1920s. The exercises are said to help improve physical strength, flexibility, and overall health, and are said to have a rejuvenating effect on the body. The Five Tibetans consist of five exercises: spinning, deep breathing, back bending, leg stretching, and a final exercise that combines all of the previous ones. They are simple to learn and can be done by people of any age or fitness level.
